Summary: It's a great house. We enjoyed our stay, there was only one problem, the espresso machine was not there and the Keurig did not work well (push the 8oz button get 2 ozs of coffee!) a couple of the cleaning clothes were left in odd places (the microwave, bathroom sink) But it was clean.

Summary: This is an newer home with comfy beds in a very safe newer development. We walked our pooch morning and night in the neighborhood and felt completely safe. The home came with more than enough amenities to make for a very nice stay. The area is very quiet and made for good sleeping. The owner and evolve were great to work with and we would stay here again.

Summary: Well equipped kitchen . House was clean and everything worked. Garage was locked and full might state that for renters . Parking not good for more than 2 boats. I would definitely use again.

Summary: I arrived at the property at 3.45pm on check in day and was unable to access the property. I was told I could enter using the last 4 digits of my phone number, but it didn't work. After calling the cleaning crew/contact number I was given a different code and entered the property. Upon entry it was immediately visible that no one had been to clean the property or do the laundry. The beds were stripped, and all laundry was on the laundry room floor. Mickey from Green Cleaning was helpful and said he would send a crew straight away. He said that he had not been made aware that anyone was checking in. The cleaning ladies were nice, but they were in the house until 8.30pm. This ruined our night as my 2 friends and I had planned to just stay in the house all weekend and relax. During the time that the cleaners were there we discovered that the fridge freezer was not working. The cleaners called a gentleman to come and repair the fridge. He found that the breaker was bad and was unable to replace this until Saturday. This seemed to be dangerous to us, that this newer property had a bad breaker. Once again, this was a significant disruption to our day. On Saturday morning, we got up planning to cook breakfast in the oven, being unaware that the stove was on the same breaker as the fridge, and we were unable to light the stove due it being an electric ignition. I have travelled extensively with VRBO and never had these issues before. No one from Evolve has had any contact with me since Friday night. This seems to be the breakdown point. I am not happy that my booking was passed to a 3rd party. I have always given VRBO high ratings and would hate for this to change. These issues were very concerning, and I would appreciate a response from VRBO and Evolve as soon as possible. I would also hope that the owner is made aware of this situation to prevent further issues. Thank you.
